trixie’s supper club and events is named after our chef/owner’s beloved grandmother linda (a.k.a. trixie). her kindness, generosity and good humor still inspire all of those who knew her in life. she believed that food is love and we do too.
chef mark felz has worked in the food + hospitality industry for over 20 years, and has a background working in some of the most acclaimed kitchens in new jersey. his menu exude his passion for seasonality, local ingredients and creativity.
