how it works

our goal is to provide you with an incredible dining experience, personalized to your tastes. in order to do so we ask that you share as much information as you can about any food allergies, dietary restrictions and/or aversions you and your guests may have. additional important information includes the theme of your party and the style of cuisine you wish to be served.

upon approving the presented menu there we request a 50% deposit towards the total event cost. we also request 7 days in advance for any changes in guest count, menu, et cetera.

we service all of monmouth and ocean county without a transportation fee. the rest of new jersey we charge a $150 travel fee for related expenses. events outside of new jersey may require a hotel stipend which will be addressed at time of booking.
